National Car Cleaning Company is committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction in the range of cleaning services offered to the automotive trade and transport industry and other users of the company's services.
The very nature of the company's services dictates that to reach our goals of 'Never Ending Improvement' we must place a particular emphasis on expertise, capability, safety, reliability and quality.
To achieve these objectives it is the policy of the National Car Cleaning Company to maintain an effective and efficient 'Quality Management System'.
The Quality Management System has been planned and developed in conjunction with management functions, and its level of effectiveness and conformity is assessed by objective evidence provided by internal audits and management reviews of the system elements.
To ensure that all personnel are fully conversant with the Company's objectives, an ongoing educational and training programme is provided through the comany.
The 'Quality Management System' of NATIONAL CAR CLEANING COMPANY is based upon the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002.
